More than 5.6 million Americans voted early in the presidential elections on November 3 this year. Such data was published on Wednesday, by the United States Elections Project portal.
It is noted that Florida became the first in terms of the number of voters – more than 947 thousand people. In Virginia, 769 thousand Americans took part in the elections, in Michigan – 636 thousand.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday, the results of a public opinion poll conducted were published. According to them, 57% of respondents are ready to vote for the Democratic candidate Joe Biden. The incumbent Republican head of state Donald Trump is supported by 41%.
Trump, who had previously been diagnosed with Coronavirus, announced his return to the election campaign.
